Admissions Procedure as below

Mid City College offers eight (8) intakes throughout the year and candidates may enter the course at any of these intakes, subject to entry requirements.

Admission Procedure
All the prospective students will be provided information on the application pack comprising of:

  • Course Brochure/Prospectus, including college and campus details
  • Application Form
  • Initial Skills Assessment Forms
  • Unique Student Identifier (USI) Consent Form
  • Fee Schedule
  • Fee Policy
  • Fee Refund Policy
  • RPL and Credit Transfer Policy and Procedure
  • Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) Policy
Once accepted in the course, students will be provided with;
  • A Letter of Offer
  • Student Agreement (to be signed and returned)
  • Payment Schedule
  • Fee Policy
  • Fee Refund Policy

Information on the ESOS Framework, their rights, responsibilities and terms of enrolment will be contained in the Letter of Offer and the Student Agreement.

Once a signed Student Agreement is received, the candidates will additionally receive;
eCoE (subject to conditions of the offer)

  • Enrolment and program details, key dates, and academic schedules
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OHSC) details
  • Pre-Departure Information Pack
  • Student Orientation Policy and Procedure
  • Orientation program dates and details
  • Student Code of Conduct
Applications
Prospective students may apply for admission directly to College or through an approved education agent. You can refer to our website for the list of authorized agents.
